Self Referral for Physiotherapy

Following new physiotherapy guidelines, your GP is no longer required to send a patient referral.  You can now phone 0800 917 9390, Monday to Friday 09:00 to 18:00.  You will be asked questions about your condition and will either be given exercises or sent an appointment to see a physiotherapist at your chosen base.
